I’m on day nine of this smoothie challenge. Which I must say has been pretty interesting. Thinking of 30 different smoothies to try was definitely interesting, but I did it. Actually did it in advance, so now I just have to mark off which smoothies I have already done. I already know that on day 15 I’m going to completely forget all of the past 2 weeks worth of smoothies.
So here are the last nine smoothies I have done…
Strawberry Mango, Pumpkin Pie, Tropical Smoothie, Cucumber Melon, Coconut Carrot, Avacado Mango Carrot, Mango Banana, Banana Berry, Green Strawberry Banana.
There you have it. Keep an eye out for an update on my recipes page, I’ll be throwing up the recipes for all of them shortly.
But I think I’ve been doing pretty good, and I’ve been having a ton of fun with it!
But on the opposite side of things, there is an interesting and shudder inducing and feat of strength obstacle that is coming up.
Which is just my own obnoxious way of saying that something is on the horizon.
That’s right. Couch to 5k. I’m going to go for it.
I know, I know, I’ve tried this before. And needless to say that I haven’t actually succeeded. Mainly because I didn’t actually continue on that whole trek of the C25K program.
My sweaty pictures should be enough to vouch for that.
Now this time will hopefully be different than last time, this time I’ll be joined by two of my friends. That’s right… I’ll actually have some people who can join me in sweating, groaning, and wishing for it all to be over. Which will be awesome!
And all of this isn’t for a waste of time.
In 12 weeks (the duration of the C25K training thingy) is a 5k here in Manistee! I’m pretty sure it’s called the Firecracker 5k, but regardless of what it’s called we’re totally going for it.
